Ending Therapy

There is no prescribed length of therapy and we can work together to discuss appropriate and relevant opportunities. These are also open to revisions at any point. You are also free to end therapy whenever you want to. My suggestion is that we are able to discuss the ending and to factor it in to therapy and I would advise a minimum of two sessions to do this, although this also depends on the length of our work together. I will endeavour to ensure that any ending is appropriate and has sufficient notice for us to be able to review work done, what you feel you have gained from therapy and what you may be able to take away from our time together.

I will also let you know far in advance of my working schedule that will take into account periodic breaks as well as holidays. I hope you are able to do the same.
